Murder Suspect In Lebak Bulus May Be Forgiven

JAKARTA AP (40), is still undergoing medical treatment at Fatmawati Hospital, South Jakarta after experiencing the stabbing allegedly carried out by his son, MAS (14) at Bona Indah Housing, Lebak Bulus, Cilandak, South Jakarta, Saturday morning, November 30, 2024.

AP's condition is said to have good progress. However, although he is often hysterical due to deep trauma, AP seems to still want to forgive his son, MAS for what he did.

Regarding the possibility of AP to forgive MAS conveyed by Angga Raditya (37), the suspect's uncle and the victim's cousin.

Yes, it is said that when the perpetrator's mother, AP had forgiven her son even though she had lost her father and grandmother.

"If the nuclear family says, it will most likely be forgiven by their child (MAS). So it is very likely that the mother will forgive her child," he said.

MAS (14) stabbed his father and grandmother to death. The unfortunate incident occurred at the Bona Indah Park Housing Block B6, Lebak Bulus, South Jakarta, Saturday, November 30, 2024 at 01.00 WIB.

The dead victims were their grandmother with the initials RM (69) and her father with the initials APW (40) after being stabbed with a knife.

Meanwhile, his mother, with the initials AP (40) who was also a victim of stabbing, suffered serious injuries. Currently AP is undergoing treatment at Fatmawati Hospital, South Jakarta.

The police have transferred the case files of a child with the initials MAS (14) who is suspected of killing his biological father and grandmother, APW (40) and RM (69), to the South Jakarta District Attorney (Kejari). In this case, MAS was charged with Article 338 of the Criminal Code and its subsidiary Article 351 paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code.
