Aipda N Who Killed Mother Kandung In Cilengsi, Has Been Recorded As A Mental Patient At The Police Hospital Since 2020

JAKARTA - The Kramat Jati Police Hospital, East Jakarta, stated that Aipda Nikson Pangaribuan alias Ucok alias N (41), a suspect in the case of abuse and murder of his biological mother in Cilengsi, has been a psychiatric patient at the Police Hospital since 2020.

"Aipda N, a member of the Bekasi Metro Police, is a patient at Bhayangkara Hospital Level 1 Police Health Center, recorded since 2020. The patient has been hospitalized repeatedly," said the Mental Specialist at the Kramat Jati Police Hospital, Henny Riana to reporters, Thursday, December 5, evening.

Aipda Nikson last underwent hospitalization as a patient on March 8, 2024. He was treated for 16 days. Then the last patient was out for outpatient treatment at a psychiatric poly on October 23, 2024.

However, when Aipda N is re-scheduled, control will return on November 22 in 2024, but the patient is not present at the soul poly.

"As of Sunday December 2024, at around 22.30 WIB, information has been obtained about the existence of persecution which resulted in people dying in Bogor Regency which was allegedly carried out by Aipda N," he said.

Dr. Henny explained, until now, Aipda N is still being observed psychologically at the Police Hospital.

"Currently, the patient is being treated at the Bhayangkara Level 1 Police Hospital since December 2, 2024 for psychological observation. And until now we are still observing," he said.

As is known, a heartbreaking tragedy occurred in Cileungsi District, Bogor Regency, on Sunday night December 1. A child had the heart to persecute his biological mother to death at a shop owned by the victim in Rawajun Village, Dayeuh Village, Cileungsi District.

The Head of Cileungsi Police, Kompol Wahyu Maduransyah Putra, explained that the incident took place at around 21.30 WIB.

"At that time, the witness was shopping at the victim's shop, Herlina Sianipar (61). The victim and her son, Nikson Jeni Pangaribuan alias Ucok (41), were in a shop," Wahyu said, Monday, December 2.

Witnesses said Nikson suddenly pushed his mother to the floor. It didn't stop there, the perpetrator took a 3 kg LPG gas cylinder in the shop and hit the victim's head three times.

After witnessing the incident, the witness fled and reported the incident to his colleague.

The victim was rushed to Kenari Hospital, but his life could not be saved. Meanwhile, the perpetrator fled using a Suzuki pickup.

The perpetrator's escape attempt ended in the early hours of Monday, at around 01.00 WIB. The police found the perpetrator's pickup vehicle parked in the middle of the road in front of Hermina Cileungsi Hospital. The perpetrators were later found to have caused a commotion around a coffee restaurant.

A joint team from the Cileungsi Police, Bogor Police, Bekasi Police, and the Dokkes team finally managed to secure the perpetrator and take him to the Kramat Jati Police Hospital.

The victim is known as Herlina Sianipar (61), a housewife who lives in Rawajun Village. Meanwhile, the perpetrator, Nikson Jeni Pangaribuan (41), is known to work as a member of the National Police and lives in Cikarang Utama, Bekasi.

The evidence in the form of a 3 kg LPG gas cylinder used by the perpetrators in the persecution has been secured by the police.

Currently, the perpetrator is undergoing further investigation. He was charged with Article 351 paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code or Article 338 of the Criminal Code with a maximum penalty of 15 years in prison.
