Bawaslu Still Reviewing Re-voting At TPS 28 Pinang Ranti Due To KPPS And Pamsung Decree

JAKARTA - The East Jakarta Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) is still conducting a study regarding the re-voting (PSU) at Polling Station 028 Pinang Ranti, Makasar District, East Jakarta.

"For the potential of the PSU or not, we are still conducting internal discussions through plenary meetings," said East Jakarta Bawaslu Chairman, Willem J. Wetik when confirmed, Wednesday, December 4.

According to Wullem, according to the rules, the maximum limit for discussing the matter is 10 days.

"The time is still long until December six or seven. The problem is from the register or from the time it is found it is a phrase that we must use later during the handling process for potential PSU or not," he said.

Meanwhile, related to the criminal element carried out by the Head of the Voting Organizing Group (KPPS) with the initials RH and the direct collection officer (Pamsung) with the initials KN, the Integrated Law Enforcement Center (Gakkumdu) is still carrying out legal proceedings.

"The Pinang Ranti case is still in process at the Gakkumdu Center, it is still in process for the crime," he said.

Bawaslu will submit the case files to the Police for follow-up.

The submission of the case files to the East Jakarta Metro Police was carried out after collecting a number of documents related to the case.

"So it is possible that today we will increase it, later it will only be seen at the Resort Police who will receive it. Then later it can be processed further. What is clear is that the Gakkumdu center is working," he said.

The East Jakarta General Elections Commission (KPU) is still waiting for the recommendations of the East Jakarta Election Supervisory Body (Bawaslu) regarding the re-voting (PSU) at the 028 Voting Station (TPS).

"Of course we are still waiting for recommendations from Bawaslu Jaktim friends," said the East Jakarta KPU chairman, Tedi Kurnia.

However, the recapitulation stage will continue, even though Bawaslu recommends PSU or not.

"We have also coordinated with the Provincial KPU that if this (recapitulation) has been completed at the city level and then we will carry it out to the province. If on the way to the province there is a PSU, of course we will carry it out (PSU)," said Tedi.

Previously, East Jakarta KPU Commissioner Rio Verieza in Jakarta said that his party had taken action against the two officers who committed violations and cheated by permanent dismissal of the KPPS chairman with the initials RH and a Live Security Officer (Pamsung) with the initials KN, Thursday, November 28.

Rio also explained the chronology of the violations and fraudulent acts.

"Based on the confession of the Head of KPPS and Pamsung TPS officers, they did it spontaneously. The goal is that the voter participation report at the TPS is high," he said.

Overall, he said, there were 19 ballots that had been cast for candidate pair number 3, Pramono Anung-Rano Karno.

"One ballot has been entered into the ballot box. While the other 18 are not because the polling station supervisors have caught them quickly," said Rio.
