Polda Metro Jaya stated that the code of ethics process against Nikson Pangaribuan, who was the perpetrator of the persecution, led to the death of Herlina Sianipar.

Nikson Pangaribuan is a member of the National Police who had the heart to persecute his mother to death in Rawajmun Village, Dayeuh Village, Cileungsi District.

"The process of handling the code of ethics is ongoing," said Head of Propam Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Bambang Satriawan to VOI, Monday, December 2.

The current code of ethics process has not yet entered the stage of the Police Code of Ethics Commission (KKEP) Session. Instead, it is still at the examination stage.

The ethics examination process was handled by the Polda Metro Jaya because the Nikson Pangaribuan, who has the rank of Aipda, served at the Bekasi Metro Police.

"It's still in the process of examining the code of ethics," said Bambang.

The action of Nikson Pangaribuan to persecute the death of Herlina Sianipar occurred on Sunday, December 1.

The victim, who is the mother of the perpetrator, was abused by hitting her head with a gas cylinder 3 kilos 3 times.

Meanwhile, the criminal process against Nikson Pangaribuan is handled by the Bogor Police. This is because the location of the crime occurred in the Bogor area.
