East Jakarta Bawaslu Process 2 Election Cheating Perpetrators At Pols 028 Pinang Ranti

JAKARTA - Two perpetrators of alleged election fraud at Pols 028 Pinang Ranti are still undergoing the examination process at the East Jakarta General Elections Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu).

"It's still in process," said East Jakarta Bawaslu Chairman Willem Johanes Wetik when confirmed, Sunday, December 1.

As is known, the Head of KPPS with the initials RH and the order or direct security officer (Pamsung) with the initials KN has committed allegations of fraud by voting for 19 Paslon ballots number 3 at Pols 028 Pinang Ranti, East Jakarta.

As a result of their actions, RH and KN have also been fired by the East Jakarta KPU. Both are currently in the handling of East Jakarta Bawaslu and Gakkumdu.

"In Bawaslu the clarification process stage," he said.

Previously, it was reported that the Head of KPPS with the initials RH and a security officer with the initials KN who committed fraud by voting for 19 Paslon Pram-Doel ballots at Pols 028 Pinang Ranti, East Jakarta, had the potential to be charged with election.

"There must be criminal potential (election), yes, we have studied it too. But it is the area of Gakkumdu, so we leave it to our Gakkumdu friends for the process," said Head of the East Jakarta General Elections Commission (KPU) Legal and Supervision Division (KPU) Rio Verieza to VOI, Friday, November 29.

The two alleged fraudsters with the initials RH and KN have also been dismissed by the East Jakarta KPU. Currently, both of them have been investigated.

"Bawaslu and the police have examined the person concerned," he said.

The East Jakarta KPU commissioner explained, from the statement of the KPPS chairman admitted that he ordered a order officer or Pamsung to vote on 19 ballots.

"The reason (perpetrators) is to increase community participation. This is something that cannot be justified, because we measure the voter's participation by the direct presence of the voter, not such methods," he said.
