JAKARTA - The Chairman of the Gerindra Party DPD for Central Java, Sudaryono, is grateful for the victory of Luthfi-Taj Yasin in the 2024 Central Java Gubernatorial Election based on quick count results.

In his official statement, Sudaryono said that this victory was the result of hard work, dedication, and support from the people of Central Java who wanted real change.

"We would like to thank all the people of Central Java who have entrusted their leadership to the Luthfi-Taj Yasin pair. This is a victory for the people, a victory for a better future," said Sudaryono in a press conference in Semarang, Wednesday, November 27.

In particular, the close friend of Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto also appreciated the performance of the special forces that have long been used as 'mainstay weapons' in political contests in Central Java. Namely the Samurai and Cricket Troops.

"This landslide victory is also a dedication from the Samurai Troops who are forbidden to sleep before winning and the Cricket Troops who reach all points of society. We are proud," said Sudaryono.

On that occasion, he also emphasized that the Gerindra Party together with the coalition of supporting parties will continue to oversee the vision and mission of the Luthfi - Taj Yasin pair to ensure that pro-people programs can be realized properly.

"We believe that under the leadership of Luthfi-Taj Yasin, Central Java will become a more advanced, inclusive, and prosperous province," he added.

Sudaryono appreciated all the roles taken by the community who had fought tirelessly in various regions to win the Luthfi-Taj Yasin pair. He also reminded the importance of maintaining the spirit of unity amidst political diversity.

Based on the results of the internal quick count of the Central Java Gerindra Party DPD until 16.00 WIB with 76.60 percent of the votes, the Ahmad Luthfi-Taj Yasin pair won 59.02 percent of the votes. Meanwhile, the Andika Perkasa-Hendrar Prihadi pair won 40.08 percent of the votes.

"This victory is not the end of the struggle, but the beginning of our hard work to realize our campaign promises. Let us join hands to build Central Java together," concluded Sudaryono.

The Luthfi-Taj Yasin pair managed to win the Central Java gubernatorial election with a significant number of votes, ahead of other candidates in a fierce competition. Great support from the community, especially young people and farmers, was the key to the pair's success.

Collected from various sources, based on the Charta Politika quick count results for 15.30 WIB with 75.33 percent of the votes cast, the Ahmad Luthfi-Taj Yasin pair won 58.08 percent of the votes.

Meanwhile, the Andika Perkasa-Hendrar Prihadi pair won 41.92 percent of the votes based on the quick count results.

In addition, Saiful Mujani Research and Consulting (SMRC) recorded that the Ahmad Luthfi-Taj Yasin pair won 59.07 percent of the total 66.90 percent of the votes cast as of 15.30 WIB.

Meanwhile, the Andika Perkasa-Hendrar Prihadi pair obtained 40.93 percent of the votes.

In addition, Indikator Politik Indonesia recorded Ahmad Luthfi-Taj Yasin obtaining 58 percent of the total 75 percent of votes that had been received until 15.30 WIB.
