Pramono-Rano Win Big at Their Respective Polling Stations

JAKARTA - Jakarta gubernatorial candidate pair number 3 Pramono Anung-Rano Karno won the most votes in the Jakarta gubernatorial election in two polling stations (TPS) each.

Pramono used his right to vote at TPS 046, Cipete Selatan Village, Cilandak District. Meanwhile, Rano Karno voted at TPS 065, Lebak Bulus Village, Cilandak District.

As a result, Pramono-Rano won by a fairly large margin compared to the other candidate pairs, namely Ridwan Kamil-Suswono and Dharma Pongrekun-Kun Wardana.

In monitoring at TPS 046, Pramono-Rano received 380 votes, RK-Suswono 40 votes, and Dharma-Kun 11 votes. A total of 8 ballots were considered invalid.

Meanwhile, at TPS 065, Pramono-Rano won 272 votes, RK-Suswono 74, and Dharma-Kun 23 votes. There were 20 invalid votes.

Pramono-Rano also won by a landslide at TPS 024 Kebagusan, Pasar Minggu, which was the voting location for the Chairperson of the PDI Perjuangan (PDIP) Megawati Soekarnoputri and Puan Maharani. Pramono-Rano's votes at the TPS were 216, RK-Suswono 77, and Dharma-Kun 8 votes.

This morning, Pramono and Rano (Doel) exercised their voting rights at TPSs near their respective residences. Meanwhile, RK's TPS was in Bandung and Suswono's in Bogor. Then, Dharma voted at TPS 031 and Kun voted at TPS 030 Ciganjur.

The KPU has determined that the permanent voter list (DPT) for the 2024 Pilkada is 8,214,007 voters. Of this number, the largest DPT is in East Jakarta with 2,374,828, followed by West Jakarta with 1,909,774, then South Jakarta (1,748,961), North Jakarta (1,345,815), Central Jakarta (813,721) and the Seribu Islands with 20,908 people.
