Erna explained that the incident began when residents asked for the victim's help to fix four street lights attached to a power pole. The victim responded to the citizen's request and invited his friend to help repair the lamp in question.

The lamp on the first pole managed to turn on the victim with the help of his friend but unlucky when he wanted to fix the lamp on the next pole, suddenly the victim was unconscious until his body leaned on the wire of the pole.

"The victim was called by his friend several times but the victim did not respond", she said.

Seeing the incident, witness Reno Supriyanto (27) who was a friend of the victim immediately reported it to the Pondokgede Sector Police.

Shortly afterward officers visited the crime scene to evacuate the victims as well as collect data and information from several witnesses at the scene.

Erna claimed that the victim had now been taken to Bekasi City Hospital and by making an affidavit, the victim's family claimed to be sincere for the death of the victim.

"The victim's family is not allowed to have a post mortem and will not prosecute legally because it considers the victim's death was a disaster", she said.
