President Prabowo Re-Laws King Charles III To Visit Indonesia

JAKARTA - President Prabowo Subianto invited King Charles III to return to visit Indonesia. Prabowo said that previously the King of England had visited Indonesia twice.

Prabowo conveyed the invitation when he complied with King Charles' invitation at Buckingham Palace, England. "He has been to Indonesia twice and I invited him to come again," Prabowo said in a statement from the State Secretariat Press Bureau, Thursday, November 22.

During his meeting with King Charles, President Prabowo Subianto personally also thanked him for taking education and living in England as a young man.

"I also thank you, when I was young I lived here and studied here," he said.

On the same occasion, President Prabowo Subianto also said that King Charles III had a concern for the environment and nature's preservation. He also said that Indonesia and the UK would cooperate in this regard.

"He is very concerned about the environment, about forest conservation, nature preservation, there we have many similarities. I say I support and we will cooperate," said President Prabowo Subianto.
