TAPANULI SELATAN Senior politician and former Golkar chairman Akbar Tanjung, gave direct instructions to Baharuddin Aritonang to intervene to win the Dolly Pasaribu-Parulian Nasution pair in the 2024 South Tapanuli Regency (Tapsel) Pilbup.
