The South Jakarta Metro Police arrested one dealer or online gambling collector (judol) with the initials NM, on Jalan Bahari 2, West Cilandak, South Jakarta (Jaksel), last Monday, November 11.

Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the South Jakarta Metro Police, AKBP Gogo Galesung, said the perpetrator was a network of Hong Kong countries.

"After the installer got the number, to be paired and then the suspect entered their number on Master Toto's online gambling account, using the suspect's m-banking BNI account number, on behalf of NM," he said

"NM carried out this activity for 4 months," he said.

For his actions, the suspect NM was stipulated Article 27 Paragraph 2 of the ITE Law in conjunction with Article 5 paragraph 2 of the ITE Law, and/or Article 303 of the Criminal Code.
