Pramono Promises To Recycle His Billboard Waste After The Regional Head Election Campaign

JAKARTA - Candidate for Governor of Jakarta number 3 Pramono Anung promised to recycle all campaign props such as billboards and campaign banners with candidate for deputy governor Rano Karno if the Jakarta Pilkada campaign is complete.

"I will have responsibility for my billboards. Anyway, my trash, I will take responsibility," said Pramono when met in Rawamangun, East Jakarta, Monday, November 4.

Pramono said that the recycling of the billboards for the PDIP and Hanura supporting candidate pairs (paslon) would involve a special team consisting of environmental activist communities.

"So that it is managed professionally so as not to add environmental warnings that are already rampant," he said.

The former Cabinet Secretary admitted that his awareness to manage campaign waste attributes was based on criticism from the celebrities Cinta Laura, Andovi da Lopez, and Bintang Emon. They highlight the problem of billboard waste from the rest of the election that is left alone.

In fact, according to Cinta, Andovi, and Bintang, the government should be more aware that the garbage that is piling up every day must be managed properly in order to suppress environmental pollution.

"So, what Cinta Laura made with Andovi and so on, they conveyed something for criticism that is a candidate for governor or regent, mayor so that they are also responsible for what is the problem of this nation, one of which is garbage," said Pramono.

On that occasion, Pramono said that he had also signed a petition made by Cinta, Andovi, and Bintang via the Indonesian team website.org as his commitment to being responsible for managing waste. Pramono also included a waste management program to be run if he won the Jakarta gubernatorial election.

"Maybe not everyone responded to that. If I personally, because I really understand, one of the waste affairs is PLTS, the waste power distribution must be realized immediately," he explained.
