Prabowo Gives Directions To All Regional Heads In Sentul On November 7

JAKARTA - Minister of Home Affairs Tito Karnavian revealed that President Prabowo Subianto is scheduled to give directions to all regional heads in a coordination meeting held in Sentul, Bogor, West Java, on November 7, 2024.

"The Rakor in Sentul on 7 (November) is actually conveying the vision and mission of the government, especially the President regarding what to do, because while we were in Magelang we had quite understood where the President's vision and mission was mandated by the people," Tito said as quoted by ANTARA, Thursday, October 31.

Tito admitted that he received many requests from regional heads who wanted to hear firsthand the vision, mission and program of Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka.

One of the programs that President Prabowo will explain is the implementation of free nutritious food.

"On 7 (November) later there will be a coordination meeting of a kind of briefing from the president about what to do about development. Actually, it is not far from the problem of eating nutritious food, self-sufficiency in food and energy. (The discussion) will be around that," he said.

In addition, Tito said the event would also involve seven coordinating ministers (Menko) as speakers.

"There are seven coordinating ministers who translate what they want to do. After that, there is a specific session by the ministers who are given superior program assignments. For example, ESDM for energy, agriculture, food, and others," explained Tito.

Then, the preparation of the regional elections will also be one of the topics to be discussed.

The Ministry of Home Affairs will also invite the KPU, TNI, Polri, Attorney General's Office to the Integrated Law Enforcement Center (Gakkumdu).

The Minister of Home Affairs emphasized that the event was held openly for all media. "So, please don't worry that this has a special direction or what, this is not, because it is open to the media, the media will cover it. We, the Ministry of Home Affairs, as the host of the organizers, we invite all media, all will know," he said.
