Approval For Computer And Laptop Procurement At PT INTI Investigated By KPK

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is looking for the implementation and approval of the procurement of computers and laptops at PT Industri Telekomunikasi Indonesia (INTI) Persero, which ends up being corrupted.

This step was taken by examining Yanardianto Agrianto as the Head of the Strategic Business Unit Defense and Digital Service of PT INTI. KPK Spokesperson team Budi Prasetyo said the examination was carried out at the KPK's Red and White Building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta on Wednesday, October 30 yesterday.

"Witnesses YA are being investigated regarding the implementation of procurement and the parties who approved the procurement," Budi told reporters, Thursday, October 31.

Investigators, continued Budi, should also examine another witness, namely Teguh Adi Suryandono as Business Director of PT INTI for the 2017-2022 period. However, he was not present and asked for a reschedule.

Previously reported, the KPK suspected that the procurement of computers and laptops of PT Industri Telekomunikasi Indonesia (INTI) Persero cost the state up to Rp100 billion. This amount is said to be increasing because the calculation is still being carried out.

The alleged corruption in the state-owned company uses a new investigation warrant (sprindik). This case is not related to the baggage handling system (BHS) project that ensnared Darman Mappangara in 2019.

Sprindik, who is the basis for investigating the alleged corruption, is also common. This means that no suspect has been named because investigators are still collecting and studying the evidence that has been pocketed.
