JAKARTA - Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a new strategic nuclear exercise. High-ranking officials will review the launch control of ballistic missiles and nuclear cruises.
"Today we are back doing strategic deterrence training," Putin said in a video released by the Kremlin.
"We will draw up officials' actions to control the use of nuclear weapons by launching practical ballistic and cruise missiles," Putin said.
