Regarding Government Subsidies To Biskita Highlighted By Bogor City DPRD

The discourse on transitioning BisKita subsidies from the central government to the Bogor City Government has received the spotlight from Commission II of the Bogor City DPRD.

In a working meeting between Commission II of the Bogor City DPRD and Perumda Trans Pakuan, Member of Commission II of the Bogor City DPRD, Akhmad Saeful Bakhri, demanded a cooperation sheet signed by Perumda Trans Pakuan with Kodjari regarding the management of BisKita.

According to him, this is important, because Commission II of the Bogor City DPRD does not want to be lied to again regarding the management of BisKita.

"Because of the letter, we can find out the calculation of the distribution of profits between Kodjari and Perumda Trans Pakuan. In the past, Perumda Trans Pakuan asked to be saved because he wanted to be the operator of Biskita, but now he says it is managed by Kodjari," said the man who is familiarly called ASB, Monday, October 28.

Even ASB also admitted, based on the information he got, BisKita units are owned by Kodjari, so that if the subsidy is transferred to the Bogor City Government, only the Kodjari is not the Trans Pakuan Perumda, which in fact is a state-owned company owned by the Bogor City Government.

"We don't want the APBD that we issued not to come back to us. Because for more than 10 years Perumda Trans Pakuan or former PDJT has never contributed," said ASB.

Member of Commission II of the Bogor City DPRD, Devie Prihatini Sultani also highlighted the projected revenue of Perumda Trans Pakuan in 2025. According to Devie, if Perumda Trans Pakuan Bogor City can manage BisKita from the start, it will certainly provide greater benefits for both company finances and contributions to PAD Bogor City.

Because from the existing projections, Perumda Trans Pakuan is estimated to be able to get a net profit of Rp. 743 million starting in 2025. It's just that Rp. 500 million from this profit will be used to pay the salary debt of former PDJT employees and only leaves Rp. 243 million which is used to pay employee salaries.

So Devie asked for the seriousness of the Director of Perumda Trans Pakuan in managing this state-owned company.

"You have to be serious. You have to be optimistic. You have to be open. We don't want to be just given promises but there are no results and other people enjoy them," he concluded.
