The Attorney General's Office Has Proof Of The Bribery Of Ronald Tannur's Free Verdict On Order

JAKARTA - The Attorney General's Office (AGO) stated that it had evidence regarding the order received by the suspect Lisa Rahmat or LR to bribe three judges regarding Gregorius Ronald Tannur's verdict.

The suspect, Lisa Rahmat, is known to be a lawyer from Ronald Tannur's side.

"We already have evidence," said the Director of Investigation at the Attorney General's Office, Abdul Qohar, Wednesday, October 23.

However, the AGO does not want to disclose in detail this matter for now.

But Qohar said, all parties who will be proven to have ordered bribes such as Ronald Tannur or his family will be prosecuted. Of course, with sufficient evidence.

"Of course we classify, based on the available evidence. If sufficient evidence is found later that the money is from Ronald Tanur or his family, we will determine him as a suspect," said Qohar.

The three judges who were named as suspects were Erintuah Damanik, Mangapul, and Heru Hanindyo.

They were charged with Article 5 paragraph 2 in conjunction with Article 6 paragraph 2 in conjunction with Article 12 letter c of the Corruption Eradication Law in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
