JAKARTA - LA (18) a grade 2 student at SMK Taman Madya 5 was arrested by members of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Cempaka Putih Police because he was caught participating in a brawl on Jalan Cempaka Putih Raya, Taman Solo, Central Jakarta, Tuesday, October 22.

When arrested and taken by the police, the perpetrator wore a black t-shirt that read "SIX KR All Bases". The two hands of the perpetrators were also forced to be handcuffed by officers.

The Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Cempaka Putih Police, AKP Yossy Januar, said that from the hands of LA, evidence of sharp weapons (sajam) of the type of sickle, tobacco cigarettes and plastic clips was confiscated.

The brawl began with 10 students from SMK Taman Madya 5 who were gathered near Sentiong River, Johar Baru. Then about 10 minutes passed by SMK Cempaka students, totaling 12 people.

"From the student's statement that we have secured, he said they were approached by Cempaka Vocational School students. There they made an appointment in Kaliaki Cempaka Putih for the brawl," said AKP Yossy when confirmed, Tuesday, October 22.

Meanwhile, the Taman Madya High School camp has been waiting at the agreed location. Because they waited a long time for an opponent from the Cempaka Vocational High School camp who never came, they finally turned back.

"When the camp from Taman Madya High School turned around, they finally met a Cempaka Vocational High School student near the intersection of the Arandra Apartment. From the confession that we secured the Cempaka Vocational High School student, he issued a knife that made the Taman Madya high school student run away until it was scattered," he said.

AKP Yossy said that his party is currently developing where two students are on the wanted list (DPO) with the initials RD and TJ.

The police have also conducted urine tests on students who were secured and the results were negative.

"We have tested the urine and the results are negative. Members are looking for several students involved in the brawl, especially the possession of the knife," he said.

Meanwhile, LA said that the sickle and plastic clip types did not belong to his friend. Meanwhile, tobacco cigarettes are recognized as his property.

"I just brought a knife and it doesn't belong to me," said the SMK grade 2 student.

As a result of his actions, LA was subject to Article 2 paragraph 1 of the Emergency Law No. 12 of 1951 concerning sharp weapons.
