Quick Win Prabowo Subianto Program, Budget Of More Than IDR 100 Trillion

YOGYAKARTA - Presiden Prabowo Subianto mengumumkan Program Hasil Terbaik Cepat (PHTC) atau yang disebut 'cold win' dengan penyediaan anggaran lebih dari Rp100 triliun. Program quick win Prabowo sendiri sudah mendapatkan persetujuan dari DPR melalui Undang-Undang Anggaran Penerimaan dan Bulangan Negara (APBN) tahun 2025.

The first quick win program is free nutritious food. Prabowo provides a budget of IDR 71 trillion for programs revealed since the campaign period. This program itself will cover 15.42 million people in 514 districts/cities.

Furthermore, there is a national food barn development program in regions and villages that spends a budget of IDR 15 trillion. Prabowo wants to intensify 80,000 hectares of agricultural land and print new 150 thousand hectares of rice fields.

The third quick win program is school renovations that have been provided with a budget of Rp. 20 trillion. This program includes renovations or repairs to classrooms, furniture, and MCK (bathing, washing, toilet) in 22 thousand schools. The new government will then establish four leading high schools in IKN, NTT, North Sulawesi, and North Maluku.

The next program, there is a free health check program that has been provided with a budget of IDR 3.2 trillion. This program consists of X-ray photos, blood pressure checks, and screening of catatropic diseases.

Prabowo also provided a TB completion program with a budget of IDR 8 trillion with a target of reducing TB to 272 per 100,000 population. Furthermore, the integrated superior school construction that has been provided has a budget of IDR 4 trillion.

The seventh quick win program is the construction of a complete quality hospital in each region. This program includes improving the quality of hospitals in areas from type D to type C complete with facilities and infrastructure as well as health equipment. For this program, Prabowo provides a budget of IDR 1.8 trillion.

President-elect Prabowo Subianto expressed his commitment to continue and complete the construction of the capital city of Nusantara (IKN), and even the plan is to be accelerated by him.

This statement was made by Prabowo, who at that time was still Minister of Defense while attending a plenary cabinet meeting chaired by Indonesian President Joko Widodo or Jokowi at the Garuda Palace, IKN, North Penajam Paser Regency, East Kalimantan, Monday 12 August 2024.

Commission II of the DPR has also approved the proposed additional budget by the Archipelago Capital Authority (IKN) worth IDR 27,814,516,000,000 or around IDR 27.8 trillion. This figure increases the total budget of OIKN in the Fiscal Year by IDR 28.3 trillion.
