TANGERANG - The body of Capten Muhammad Saefurubi A, a victim of a SAM Air plane crash with registration number PK-SMH (DHC6) in the Marisa area, Pohuwato Regency, Gorontalo Province, arrived at the funeral home in Cluster Aurora, Panongan, Tangerang Regency, Banten.

The victim's body, flown by Batik Air via Djalaluddin Airport, Gorontalo, arrived in Tangerang today at around 13.25 WIB and was greeted directly by all relatives and family who had been waiting since morning.

Saefurubi is one of the pilots who was the victim of the accident from a total of four victims, including co-pilot M. Arthur V. G and a technician, Budijanto. Apart from the crew, there is one passenger named Sri Meyke Male.

"We received information about the accident yesterday afternoon, where reportedly there was a pilot from Citra Raya who died," said a relative of the victim Abu Asirin in Tangerang, Antara, Monday, October 21.

The family did not expect the victim to leave in a quite tragic way. However, the family has surrendered to the fate suffered by the victim while carrying out this task.

"Yesterday we only felt the signs when dawn was foggy, meaning that in one signal that the dawn was foggy, usually some pious people died," he said.

The plan, he said, was that the body of the victim of the SAM Air plane crash would be buried in the public cemetery area of Curug Wetan, Tangerang Regency this afternoon.

Previously, the Head of the Gorontalo Search and Rescue Office, Heriyanto, reported that an air accident was experienced by a PK SMH aircraft with the name SAM Air and white in the Marisa area, Pohuwato Regency, Gorontalo Province, Sunday, October 20.

"Information from AIRNAV Makassar that at 07.03 the SAM Air plane departed from Djalaluddin Gorontalo Airport to Panua Pohuwato Airport," he said.
