The Nomenclature Of The Ministry Of The Prabowo-Gibran Cabinet Is Known Tomorrow

JAKARTA - Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Sufmi Dasco Ahmad, said that the nomenclature of some ministries for the government cabinet of Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka will be known tomorrow, Friday (11/10).

This, he said, was because on Friday the finalization of the composition of the board's equipment (AKD) or commissions in the DPR RI would be completed. Meanwhile, the composition of the AKD will be officially announced on October 14, 2024.

"Maybe some of the ministry's nomenclatures have been, some haven't," Dasco said, quoted by ANTARA, Thursday, October 10.

Dasco explained that names related to the composition and leadership of commissions would emerge from political party factions in the DPR.

As the leader of the DPR, he is still waiting for this.

In addition, Dasco still cannot confirm the issue that a member of the Gerindra Party faction of the DPR is said to be the chairman of Commission III of the DPR.

"I don't know because it will get out of the faction," he said.

Previously, Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives Cucun Ahmad Syamsurijal said the DPR had agreed to add board equipment (AKD) to adjust to the posts of the upcoming government ministries to 13 commissions and new bodies to be formed.

The formation of the new AKD in the DPR RI is intended to make work more effective, following the plan to add a ministry post to the upcoming government.

The DPR also plans to announce the number of commissions and agencies in the DPR on October 14 before the inauguration of the elected presidential and vice presidential candidates to become President and Vice President on October 20, 2024.
