A student of a boarding school in Makassar City, South Sulawesi, was killed by three teenagers while eating on the pedestrian bridge (JPO) Jalan Engineer Sutami, Tamakanrea District, last Tuesday. The victim died with bruises on his face.
Receiving a report from the boarding school, the police officers combined with the Tamalanrea Police Resmob together with the Makassar Police Jatanras Unit arrested three teenagers, namely AR (15), HA (14), and RF (14). They allegedly ganged up to the death of RA victim (15).

According to the boarding school coach, Asyraf, the incident began with the victim who was on night picket with two of his colleagues out asking permission to buy food.
After that, they chose to hang out on the JPO Jalan Engineer Sutami and finally met the three perpetrators. The perpetrators at that time asked for permission to eat at the scene. The perpetrators who had asked the victim's origin then immediately ganged up on him to death.
"Suddenly he came to my santriku, the perpetrator then immediately hit me. Had asked my santri from where you, my santriku said that the pesantren immediately hit him," he said.
The three teenagers then asked the two fellow victims to take their friend back to the pesantren, until the victim who arrived at the hut was taken to the hospital and declared dead.
"I went down to the room and called the leadership. After calling the leadership I immediately took him to the hospital. The wound was on the head, maybe because there was a bruises," he explained.
