TANJUNG SELOR - Acting Governor of North Kalimantan Togap Simangunsong led the ceremony in commemoration of Pancasila Sanctity Day in Agatis Field.

The ceremony was attended by all Heads of Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) and hundreds of Civil Servants/PPK as well as PTT within the Kaltara Provincial Government (Pemprov) which filled the Agatis field.

In the ceremonial mandate, Togap introduced himself as the Acting Governor who will serve briefly in the 34th province. He reiterated the neutrality of ASN in organizing the simultaneous Pilkada.

"First of all, on the first occasion I want to introduce myself in front of the ceremony participants, that I will serve as the Acting Minister for Government Functions, and ensure that the implementation of the Regional Head Election runs smoothly," said Togap, Tuesday, October 1.

"And I am also tasked with ensuring again about the neutrality of ASN, so that ASN is not directly involved in practical politics and ensures that the Pilkada can run smoothly," he continued.

At the ceremony to commemorate Pancasila Sanctity Day, it was also read out by the declaration of ASN Netrality by all participants of the ceremony present.
