The Defendant Of IRT Killer In Palembang Demands The Death Penalty

PALEMBANG - The public prosecutor (JPU) demanded the death penalty for the defendant in the murder of a housewife (irt) in the Lindungan Tigers.

The trial of the charges held at the Palembang District Court, Tuesday, October 1, was chaired by the Panel of Judges Oloan Exodus Hutabarat.

The prosecutor charged the defendant Ganda alias Nanda with the murder of a mother and child in a protective tiger which had shocked him on April 15, 2024.

The prosecutor assessed that all the evidence, including the testimony of witnesses presented at the trial, had been in accordance with each other's heinous acts committed by the defendant.

According to the prosecutor, the defendant with his sadistic act became one of the aggravating elements of the assessment in the demand for the death penalty against the defendant.

"Demanding that the panel of judges impose the death penalty on the defendant," said the prosecutor as quoted by ANTARA.
