An Example, All Bogor DPRD Members Report Wealth To The KPK, Firli Bahuri Gets This Message

CIBINONG - Chairman of the Bogor Regency DPRD, West Java, Rudy Susmanto, ensured that all 55 members of the legislature in his area had submitted the State Officials' Wealth Report (LHKPN) to the KPK.

"All members have submitted reports online before the deadline for submission was closed at 12 pm yesterday, March 31, 2021. Some have been declared complete and some are still in line for verification," Rudy said in Cibinong, Bogor as quoted, Antara Thursday, 1 April.

The Gerindra politician appreciated the obedience shown by the legislators. Rudy also completely left it to the KPK to assess whether the assets of the Bogor Regency DPRD members were reasonable or not.

"In principle, we have carried out our obligation to submit LHKPN every year. And so far, all members have never failed to report LHKPN," said Rudy.

This is because the deadline for submitting a state administrator's wealth report (LHKPN) ends on Wednesday, March 31. Based on data from the KPK's official website, elkpn.go.id of 378,072 are required to report, as many as 356,133 or 94.20 percent have submitted LHKPN.

Of these, 216,698 files were declared complete, 39,256 files were incomplete and 100,170 files were still queued. Thus, the level of compliance is calculated based on the number of LHKPN reporting statuses of all mandatory reports of 57.32 percent.

KPK chairman Firli Bahuri, in his written statement on Thursday (1/4), asked the public to help monitor the wealth of officials.

"The public can see the reasonableness of the assets and assets conveyed by state administrators, if they see something odd," said Firli Bahuri.

He said the role of society is important in preventing corruption. He asked the public to report if there were allegations of corrupt practices that could be seen from the state officials' LHKPN.

"The public can report it in the comments column provided, just write down any assets and assets that are not reasonable or have not been conveyed by the servant of the country," he said.
