Police Say There Were 2 People Injured During The Forced Dissolution By The OTK Group At The Kemang Hotel

The police revealed that in the incident of forced disbandment of an unknown group of people (OTK) during a discussion at the Grand Kemang Hotel, Mampang Prapatan, South Jakarta, two people were injured.

South Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Ade Rahmat Idnal said the two injured were suspicious of the hotel.

"Yes (two security guards)," said Ade to reporters at Polda Metro Jaya, Sunday, September 29.

The wound, said Ade, was in the forehead. It happened when it was sliding, when the security officer tried to stop the OTK group.

"It's on the forehead, yes, in the forehead. There are two people, yes," he said.

Meanwhile, for the big figures who attended the discussion, Ade ensured that no one was injured.

Those present at the discussion were former General Chairperson of PP Muhammadiyah Din Syamsuddin and constitutional law expert Refly Harun, former Secretary of the Ministry of SOEs, Muhammad Said Didu to former DPR member Marwan Batubara.

"Nothing, no one was injured or injured, only a few properties were damaged," he said

Two People Named Suspects

The police have arrested five perpetrators suspected of being involved in the forced disbandment and destruction of property during a discussion at the Grand Kemang Hotel, South Jakarta, Saturday, September 28.

Director of General Criminal Investigation (Dirkrimum) Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Wira Satya Triputra said that of the five people who were arrested, 2 suspects had been implemented. While the rest are still being investigated.

"There are two that are indicated to have committed criminal acts, both damage and persecution of security rather than the grand kemang hotel. Meanwhile, we are still investigating the three," he said.

He said that the articles charged against the two suspects were under the article of persecution and property destruction.

"For the reason that we destroy Article 170 of the Criminal Code, then 406 of the Criminal Code. Meanwhile, our persecution snares 170 of the Criminal Code and 351 (KUHP)," he concluded.
