2 Bodies Of Bekasi River Victims Handed Over To The Family

JAKARTA - Two bodies of teenagers found floating in Bekasi River, Jatiasih District, West Java, were finally identified by the forensic team at the Kramat Jati Police Hospital, East Jakarta on Tuesday, September 24, afternoon.

The two bodies were identified as Muhammad Rizky (19) and Ahmad Davi (16). The two bodies were taken to their respective funeral homes in the Bekasi City area.

The body of PM 008/IX/2024, matches the data of AM No. 001, identified as Muhammad Rizki, male (19), address Kampung Bojong Menteng, RT 01, RW 01, Bojong Menteng Rawa Lumbu Village, Bekasi Regency. Based on dental data, fingerprints, medical and property.

Then the body of PM 0048/IX/2024, matches the data of AM No.002, identified as Ahmad Davi, male (16), address Bantar Gebang Utara, RT 02, Rw 04, Kel. Bantar Gebang, Bekasi City. Based on dental data, fingerprints, medical and property.

With these two bodies identified, it means that there are 5 more bodies that the Police continue to investigate. The five other bodies are still in the Forensic Installation Room of the Kramat Jati Police Hospital. The identification process is still ongoing.

The head of the Kramat Jati Police Hospital, Brigadier General Prima Heru Yulijartono, said that the bodies of the two, we have contacted his family to pick them up.

"Later we will deliver it and we have carried out the relocation of the bodies and we put them in the coffin," he told reporters, Tuesday, September 26.
