The Deputy President Of PT Bank Mandiri Alexandra Is Considered Potential To Be A Victim Of Human Rights Violations

JAKARTA - The United BUMN Federation of Trade Unions (FSP) assesses that discussion activities with the theme 'Bedah Kasus Skandal Cinta Segi Tiga' have the potential to violate Human Rights (HAM). Potential violations due to the planned new activity will discuss the household legal process of the Deputy President Director of PT Bank Mandiri Alexandra Askandar.

"This is not very good at large in this way. In fact, the above case renovation event can be categorized as a violation of human rights," said Secretary General of FSP BUMN Bersatu, Tri Sasono in his statement, Saturday, September 21.

According to him, the issue of human rights is the right of a human being, attached to him, both from his side as a woman and a human being. He reminded that in the law there is an article that regulates women's human rights in Article 28G paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution.

This article mandates the state to ensure the imposition of rights without discrimination and gender differences. "Article 49 paragraph (1) Women have the right to vote, be elected, appointed in jobs, positions, and professions in accordance with the terms and regulations of legislation," said Tri.

Therefore, domestic problems are not part of matters related to Bank Mandiri's performance so far. So, it is not good if it becomes one of the discussion materials.

"Especially after we paid attention to Bank Mandiri's Wadirut Alexandra Askandar having a good performance in carrying out her duties at Bank Mandiri," said Tri.

FSP BUMN Bersatu asked all parties not to raise the problem. Especially when it comes to the performance of BMRI shares.

In fact, his party will take legal action if there are parties who continue to question the issue, both through social media and other media.

"We will report to law enforcement officials as suspected acts of human rights violations," Tri said.
