JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is investigating the process of purchasing land for residents around the Trans Sumatra Toll Road. Three witnesses have been questioned, one of whom is a notary named Rudi Hartono.

"Witnesses RH, FI, and GE were present to be investigated regarding the process of buying and selling land from residents to PT STJ and then the land was sold to PT Hutama Karya," said KPK spokesman Tessa Mahardika to reporters in a written statement, Friday, September 20.

Based on the information obtained, the other two witnesses were Ferry Irawan and Genta Eranda who were Rudi's staff. The examination was carried out on Thursday, September 19 yesterday.
