2178 Joint Personnel Take Care Ahead Of Persija Vs Dewa United Match At SUGBK Senayan

Central Jakarta Metro Police deployed 2,178 joint personnel ahead of the football match between Persija Jakarta and Dewa United in the 2024-2025 Indonesian Liga 1 continued at the Gelora Bung Karno (SUGBK) Senayan Main Stadium, Central Jakarta, Monday, September 16.

Central Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Susatyo Purnomo Condro said the joint personnel involved came from the Metro Jaya Police, Central Jakarta Metro Police, TNI and the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government.

"Today we have deployed 2,178 joint personnel to secure the match between Persija Jakarta and Dewa United," said Kombes Susatyo when confirmed by VOI, Monday, September 16.

Thousands of joint personnel were deployed at a number of points in the SUGBK area. The deployment of joint personnel starting from the entrance, where the match took place, to around GBK Senayan.

"All parties must maintain security and order at the location of the match. To the audience not to bring firecrackers, fireworks or "flares", sharp weapons and liquor or alcoholic beverages," he said.

Meanwhile, regarding the traffic situation, Kombes Susatyo said, the engineering was carried out situationally depending on the condition of the Senayan area, Central Jakarta.

"We appeal to road users who have no interest in avoiding areas around GBK and looking for alternative routes so that they are not trapped in traffic congestion," he said.

The Persija vs Dewa United match at SUGBK Central Jakarta will be held on Monday at around 19.00 WIB.
