Food Prices Rise, Garlic Capai IDR 40,620 Per Kg

The prices of several food commodities, such as cobs, shallots, shallots, and curly red chilies, were observed to rise on Monday morning, September 16.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) Price Panel which was accessed at 08.05 WIB, the national average price of garlic at the retail level was recorded at IDR 40,620 per kg, an increase from IDR 39,670 last Sunday.

curly red chili also increased from IDR 34,450 per kg yesterday to IDR 36,480 per kg this morning. Meanwhile, shallots rose from IDR 26,630 per kg yesterday to IDR 27,640 per kg.

This morning, broiler meat was recorded at an average price of Rp. 34,920 per kg, chicken eggs of Rp. 29,050 per kg, and pure beef fell to Rp. 133,270 per kg.

Premium rice is recorded at an average price of Rp. 15,850 per kg, medium rice of Rp. 13,820 per kg, and SPHP rice of Rp. 12,660 per kg.

Fish prices also rose. Bakkol fish are at an average price of IDR 31,950 per kg, convex fish IDR 39,240 per kg, while milkfish decrease to IDR 30,020 per kg.

Then, the average price of consumption sugar was recorded at Rp. 17,930 per kg, packaged flour Rp. 13,180 per kg, and bulk flour Rp. 10,250 per kg.

Meanwhile, the price of packaged cooking oil fell and this morning was recorded at Rp. 18,030 per liter, and bulk cooking oil was Rp. 15,970 per liter.
