Jokowi's Last Plenary Cabinet Session, Prabowo Was Touched And Thankful

The President-elected of the Republic of Indonesia and Minister of Defense Prabowo Subianto were touched at the last plenary cabinet session at the Garuda Palace, the capital city of the archipelago (IKN). Especially, when he thanked Joko Widodo for his leadership so far.

A clip of Prabowo's video that seemed moved was uploaded by the @amanatnasional party's Instagram account seen in Jakarta.

In a video uploaded by the National Mandate Party (PAN) Instagram, Prabowo stated that on behalf of himself as the President of the Elect and also representing members of the Advanced Indonesia Cabinet, he thanked Joko Widodo for his leadership.

"Thank you for your leadership," said Prabowo as he seemed to be holding back his emotions, quoting Antara.

In the plenary cabinet session, journalists were only allowed to cover the introduction delivered by President Jokowi at the beginning of the trial.

In his introduction, President Joko Widodo also apologized to all members of the Advanced Indonesia Cabinet.

Jokowi apologized at the end of his introduction at the plenary cabinet meeting.

"Lastly, I also want to apologize to all of you if in 10 years there are things that are deemed not pleasing to interaction and there are things that are not optimal, once again I apologize profusely," said Jokowi.

The president then seemed silent or gave a break for about 4 seconds while paying attention to several ministers, before finally closing the delivery.

The last plenary cabinet meeting moment before the end of his term of office was also used by President Joko Widodo and Vice President Ma'ruf Amin to hold a photo session with all cabinet members at the IKN Presidential Palace.
