Two Other Terrorist Suspects Arrested In Mangga Dua And Ciputat

JAKARTA - Densus 88 Anti-terror arrested four suspected terrorists in different places, Monday, March 29. Two of them are in Mangga Dua, North Jakarta and Cirendeu, Ciputat, South Tangerang.

The two terrorists arrested were part of a series of arrests of suspected terrorists in Jakarta and Bekasi on Monday, March 29.

"There were 4 arrested, first ZA was secured Cikarang, brother HH we secure this in the showroom at his own residence in the Condet. Then AJ is secured in Cirendeu, Ciputat, and BS in Mangga Dua Pademangan", said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Yusri Yunus, Jakarta, Tuesday, March 30.

Yusri explained that the four suspected terrorists had different roles. During the arrest, said Yusri, explosives were also secured.

"His role has been conveyed and the evidence that was successfully secured includes HH as a motivator and facilitator in this group", said Yusri.

Regarding the relationship between this group and the suicide bombers in Makassar, Yusri has not been able to confirm it, because until now his party is still conducting an investigation.

"There is no connection with Makassar until now. This is still being investigated because many BBs were found, in ZA's house there were 5 active bombs", said Yusri.

The role of the four suspected terrorists

Metro Jaya Police Chief Inspector General Fadil Imran previously mentioned the suspected terrorist with the initials HH as the mastermind of a terrorist group that was arrested in Condet, East Jakarta, and Sukasari Village, Bekasi Regency. AA is also known as a financier to the technical and tactical regulator in planning terror acts.

Meanwhile, other terrorist suspects have a different role. For the initials, ZA played the role of buying explosive raw materials.

For other terrorist suspects, namely, BS played a role in knowing the manufacture of explosives and participating in making together with suspected terrorist AJ.

Previously, Polda Metro Jaya raided the residence of the suspected terrorist who was at Raya Condet number 1, RT 005 RW 003, Bale Kambang Village, Kramat Jati District, East Jakarta.

Also, Densus 88 Anti-terror arrested a suspected terrorist in Sukasari Village, Serang Baru District, Bekasi Regency. This is because the suspected terrorist is thought to have owned the explosives.
