In fact, in response to the exposition, the prosecutor said that Rizieq Shihab was also involved in the large crowd. This is because the defendant was present at the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of a boarding school in Megamendung, Bogor, the day before.

On that basis, the prosecutor regretted that Rizieq Shihab considered the charges against the crowd as slander. In fact, the charges were made according to the facts.

"How unfortunate Habib Rizieq Shihab still considers the indictment of the public prosecutor to contain slander, even though from the many words or sheets of the indictment not a single letter or words contains slander. Instead, the words of facts are as evidence," said the prosecutor.

Previously it was reported, Rizieq Shihab denied all charges by the prosecutor regarding the incitement of the Petamburan crowd at the commemoration of the Prophet Muhammad SAW's birthday and the marriage of his daughter Syarifah Najwa Shihab. Rizieq called the prosecutor's charges slander.
