TANGERANG - The unfortunate fate befell a married couple (couple), HL and Y. When they returned from the office, suddenly the wife who was carrying a bag was snatched on Jalan Benteng Betawi, Cipondoh, Tangerang City, Monday night, September 9.

The Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indardi, explained that the incident began when HL's husband picked up his wife at the office, on Jalan Benteng Betawi, Cipondoh.

After picking up, the two of them took a motorbike to the house. However, on the way, the perpetrator used a motorbike to snatch Y's wife's bag.

"Interesting on the victim's bag. And there was a tug-of-war of the bag. The victim panicked and slammed the motorbike to the right and hit the pavement," said Ade Ary in his statement, Tuesday, September 10.

As a result of the incident, the husband suffered a fracture in the neck until he had abrasions on his hands and legs.

"Victim Y suffered an open wound to the back of the head. His bag was also brought by the perpetrator," he said.

The victim made a police report at the Tangerang City Metro Police.
