JAKARTA - Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung's candidate will reveal plans to improve bicycle lane facilities in Jakarta. If they win the Jakarta Pilkada, Pramono will build an elevated bicycle lane separate from the car lane. Apart from bicycles, Pramono continued, the elevated lane can also be crossed by motorbikes. According to him, the flyover can help unravel congestion. "If I was given the opportunity, what had been held by bicycle lane, it would be repaired. If necessary, make it elevated. According to Pramono, the use of flyovers to facilitate cyclists has also been implemented in various countries. One of those implementing this alternative route is China. "Now are countries that are already good, bicycle lanes are not one with car lanes. Always elevated," he said. On that occasion, Pramono admitted that he heard many complaints from cyclists. They assess that the government has not been maximal in facilitating the use of bicycles.
