JAKARTA - The South Jakarta District Court issued three certificates (SK) for Andika Perkasa and Anies Baswedan as one of the administrative requirements in the 2024 Regional Head Election (Pilkada) contestation.

The three certificates issued were never as defendants, are not being revoked on the voter list, and have no debt on behalf of personal or legal names that are his responsibility.

"The South Jakarta District Court on Monday, August 26, 2024, has issued several Certificates," said South Jakarta District Court Public Relations Officer Djuyamto to reporters, Monday, August 26.

The issuance of the decree is based on a request from Andhika Perkasa for the nomination requirements as a Candidate for Governor of Central Java, as well as a request from Anies Rasyid Baswedan for the nomination requirements as Governor of DKI Jakarta.

"The immediate application was processed on the same day according to the SOP of the Certificate Service at the South Jakarta District Court," said Djuyamto.

It is known that Andika Perkasa was officially promoted by the PDI-P in pairs with Hendradi Prihadi to run in the Central Java Pilgun.

Meanwhile, for Anies Baswedan there is still no certainty of support from the PDI-P.
