Police Open Opportunities To Check Tariq Halilintar's Wife, Investigate Allegations Of Defamation Of 'Pregnancy First'

Polda Metro Jaya does not rule out the possibility of re-examination of Aaliyah Massaid as a reporter for the alleged defamation case.

The wife of Tariq Halilintar is known to have reported several social media accounts after being accused of being pregnant before getting married.

"If we need additional information, we will invite it back," said Director of Special Criminal Investigation of the Metro Jaya Police, Kombes Ade Safri Simanjuntak, to VOI, Monday, August 26.

Aaliyah Massaid was originally asked for information when reporting the alleged defamation.

Although the Thariq Halilintar's wife did not specify what was conveyed, it is likely that it is still around the beginning of the alleged crime.

"The reporter has been clarified after making a report at the SPKT Polda Metro Jaya," said Ade.

The Aaliyah Massaid report is registered with the number LP/B/4974/VIII/2024/SPKT/Polda Metro Jaya.

In his report, Aaliyah explained that there were two Tiktok accounts and one YouTube that conveyed information that he was married to Tariq Halilintar because he was pregnant first.

In fact, until now Aaliyah has not been pregnant. So, the information was wrong and had harmed his reputation.

With this report, the reported party is suspected of violating Article 27 A in conjunction with Article 45 (4) and/or Article 310 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 311 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 315 of the Criminal Code.
