The North Kalimantan Regional Police Have Prepared The Sispam City For The 2024 Regional Head Election Security

TANJUNG SELOR - Polda Kallimantan Utara (Kaltara) together with Polresta Bulungan held a Sispamkota simulation for the readiness to secure the simultaneous regional head election (Pilkada) on November 27, 2024.

The simulation was led directly by the Head of the Operations Bureau (Karo Ops) of the Kaltara Police, Kombes Yohanes Jalung Siram and the Bulungan Police Chief, Kombes Agus Nugraha in Agatis Field, Wednesday, August 21.

Karo Ops) Polda Kaltara, Kombes Yohanes Jalung Siram said the Sspamkota was followed by work units (Satker) Polda Kaltara, Polresta Bulungan, TNI, Dishub and Satpol PP.

"We will hold Sispamkota exercises for 2 days starting on August 21 and 22, the peak of its implementation is on Monday, August 26," said Karo Ops.

He explained that the personnel involved in Sispamkota demonstrated various scenes that had been prepared in the scenario.

"This activity aims to train the skills and preparedness of personnel in the field," he said.

"At the same time as an illustration of the steps taken by the Police in Kaltara to face every stage of the 2024 simultaneous regional elections," he continued.

This simulation or exercise will hone the skills of personnel to carry out security tasks.

"It is better for us to be tired of training so that later in the face of the implementation of our duties we are ready and so that every member understands the storyline in each segment because it is an illustration that we will carry out and face in securing the regional elections later," he concluded.
