JAKARTA - The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) stated that the weather in DKI Jakarta on Tuesday, August 20, is predicted to be cloudy to thick cloudy with the highest temperature reaching 34 degrees Celsius.

BMKG information stated that West Jakarta, East Jakarta, South Jakarta, North Jakarta, Central Jakarta, and the Thousand Islands in the morning will be cloudy.

"The air temperature on Monday morning was 25-26 degrees Celsius," said BMKG.

Likewise, on Monday afternoon, the DKI Jakarta area is predicted to be cloudy with the highest air temperature in South Jakarta at 34 degrees Celsius, while other areas are in the range of 30-32 degrees Celsius.

Moving on Tuesday afternoon, said BMKG, Central Jakarta and West Jakarta are predicted to be cloudy with a temperature of 30 degrees Celsius. While other areas will be thick cloudy with a temperature of 28 degrees Celsius.

"Entering Tuesday night, the Jakarta area is thick cloudy," he said.

Meanwhile, wind speeds range from 5-15 kilometers per hour with humidity levels in the range of 60% to 90%.
