Police Find 5 Other Porn Videos When Arresting Ex-Girlfriend Audrey Davis

JAKARTA - The man with the initials AP was named a suspect in the case of spreading pornographic content, Audrey Davis. During the arrest, five other exciting videos were found.

"Currently it is still being developed and investigated because there are at least 5 videos that have been found by investigators," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indradi to reporters, Monday, August 12.

However, it is not certain that the five videos completely display exciting scenes from Audrey Davis or other women.

This is because Ade, who was questioned about this matter, only said that investigators were still investigating.

"This is the part that is being investigated," he said.

Separately, the Director of Special Criminal Investigation at the Metro Jaya Police, Kombes Ade Safri Simanjuntak, said that from a series of examinations, it was found that the exciting video was deliberately recorded on December 19, 2022.

Then, the suspect AP deliberately spread the pornographic content to social media because of the hurt towards Audrey Davis.

"The suspect's motive for spreading it was because the suspect was hurt after being decided as a lover by an Army witness," said Ade.

"So the suspect wanted to embarrass AD by distributing videos containing immorality or pornography," he continued.

Currently, the suspect AP is being held at the Polda Metro Jaya detention center.

In this case, AP was charged with Article 27 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 45 paragraph (1) of Law Number 1 of 2024 concerning the second amendment to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning ITE and/or Article 4 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 29 and/or Article 7 in conjunction with Article 33 of Law Number 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography.
