Accompanying The Kapolda, Deputy Chief Of Police Of Kaltara Monitors The Preparation Of Social And Security Service On The Outermost Island

Deputy Chief of Police of North Kalimantan (Kaltara), Brigadier General Pol. Golkar Pangarso Rahardjo Winarsadi, accompanied the Kapolda Kaltara, Inspector General Pol. Hary Sudwijanto, during a working visit to the jurisdiction of the Nunukan Police and Sebatik Police on Sunday, August 11, 2024. This visit aims to examine the preparation of the location to be used in social service activities by the General Chairperson of Bhayangkari and ensure the smooth running of various activities in the area.

The visit began at 08.00 WITA by visiting the drilling well location in Tanjung Karang Village, Sebatik District. After that, the group continued their journey to Marina Beach to review the location of the hatch release which will be attended by several ministers after the ceremony in the State Capital (IKN).

During the visit, Brigadier General Pol. Golkar Pangarso Rahardjo Winarsadi also checked security at several strategic points, including House 2 Negara, Patok Border Indonesia-Malaysia, and Port Sei Mosquito. According to him, this activity is very important to ensure careful preparation and maintain the safety of the VVIPs who will attend, especially considering Sebatik's strategic position as one of Indonesia's outer islands.

"This visit is more about reviewing the location of social services and checking preparations for the release of hatchlings that will be carried out by several ministers after the ceremony at IKN. We ensure that everything goes smoothly, especially in terms of VVIP security in this border area," said Brigadier General Pol. Golkar Pangarso Rahardjo Winarsadi in Nunukan, Sunday (11/8).

This working visit was closed with visits to several tourist destinations in Tarakan, including the Mangrove Forest and the monkey bekantan tourist area, before the group finally returned to Tanjung Selor.
