KPK Examines PT Adonara Propertindo Boss Anja Runtuwente, Investigating Land Acquisition In DKI

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) examined the boss of PT Adonara Propertindo, Anja Rantunewe. Anja was examined regarding the land acquisition case in Munjul, Pondok Ranggon, Cipayung District, East Jakarta in 2019.

"Anja Rimbingewe, Deputy Director of PT Adonara Propertindo, was confirmed with, among other things, the procurement and payment processes for land acquisition in Munjul, Pondok Ranggon," said Acting KPK spokesperson for prosecution Ali Fikri in a written statement, Wednesday, March 24.

In fact, KPK investigators also scheduled an examination of the Managing Director of Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya, Yoory Corneles. It's just that he is not present and will be rescheduled.

"Not attending and giving confirmation via written letter to be rescheduled on Thursday, March 25," said Ali.

Meanwhile, the Director of Development of Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya, Denan Matulandi Kaligis was not present and gave confirmation for a rescheduling.

Previously reported, the KPK is investigating a corruption case related to land acquisition in Munjul, Pondok Ranggon Village, Cipayung, East Jakarta. This land will later be used to build a DP Rp 0 house, which is a program of DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan.

Although it has not been announced, based on the summons for a witness, in this case there are four suspects who have been named by the KPK. The first suspect is the Director of the Regional Public Company Pembangunan Sarana Jaya, Yoory Corneles, who has now been retired from his position.

Apart from that, the KPK also named two private parties, Anja Runtuwene, and Tommy Ardian as suspects. Not only that, the KPK also determined a corporation, namely PT Adonara Propertindo.

The four suspects are suspected of violating Article 2 paragraph 1 or Article 3 of Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Corruption as amended by Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning amendments to Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Corruption Crimes. juncto Article 55 Paragraph 1-1 of the Criminal Code.
