SEMARANG - Dafam Hotel Management (DHM) offers health workers an offer to stay in all of its hotel chains, only paying IDR 10,000 for one night with terms and conditions.

"This program is a form of CSR and our appreciation to health workers who are still struggling to deal with COVID-19 patients," said DHM CEO Andhy Irawan in Semarang as quoted by Antara, Wednesday, March 24.

According to him, health workers (health workers) such as nurses, doctors, and health volunteers need relaxation after carrying out work that is at high risk of being exposed to COVID-19 for approximately one year.

This program background from Dafam for Indonesia, continued Andhy, is based on research that shows that the majority of health workers in Indonesia experience mental and physical fatigue. This condition is certainly at risk of disrupting the quality of health services to the community.

Therefore, DHM provides the opportunity for health workers to enjoy staying facilities at all hotels in the DHM network by only paying Rp. 10,000 for the period April 13 to May 7, 2021.

"The requirements include showing identification as health workers and a vaccination certificate," he said.

Room reservations, he continued, can only be made through the Hai Dafam application which can be downloaded on Google Play, Apps Store or the Dafam hotel website starting March 29.

Andhy said he was proud because this program was the first time in Indonesia. He hopes that many parties will do the same as a token of appreciation for the health workers.

"God willing, what we do can be a blessing for everyone, especially health workers. We invite health workers to take advantage of this program while still implementing health protocols," he said.

One of the nurses at Dr. Kariadi Semarang Hospital, Indri, admitted that he was happy with the program from DHM and would use it with his colleagues.

"Later, my friends and I collectively will take advantage of this program," he said.
