Check Sarana Jaya Officials, KPK Investigates Proposal Process For Land Acquisition For Houses DP Of Rp 0

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) examined the Director of Administration and Finance of Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya Bima Priya Santosa.

This examination was carried out to investigate allegations of corruption in land acquisition in Munjul, Pondok Ranggon Village, Cipayung, East Jakarta in 2019.

In this examination, the investigator examines the process of proposing land acquisition up to the technicality of its implementation.

"Bima Priya Santosa, Director of Administration and Finance at Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya, was confirmed, among others, related to the initial process of proposing procurement and technical budgeting as well as land payments in Munjul, Pondok Ranggon Village, Cipayung District, East Jakarta City, DKI Jakarta Province," said Acting KPK spokesman for the field. The prosecution of Ali Fikri in his written statement, Tuesday, March 23.

Actually, the KPK will also investigate two other people in this case, namely the Deputy Director of PT Adonara Propertindo, Anja Runtuwene and Rudy Hartono Iskandar. It's just that, both of them were not present and a re-examination will be scheduled.

Anja will be examined on Wednesday, March 24th. Meanwhile, Rudy Hartono Iskandar will be questioned Thursday, March 25.

"The KPK again reminded the parties summoned by the investigating team to attend cooperatively according to the predetermined schedule," said Ali.

Previously reported, the KPK is currently investigating a corruption case related to land acquisition in Munjul, Pondok Ranggon Village, Cipayung, East Jakarta. This land will later be used to build houses with a down payment or DP Rp. 0, which is a program of DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan.

Although it has not been announced, based on the summons for a witness, in this case there are four suspects who have been named by the KPK. The first suspect is the Director of the Regional Public Company Pembangunan Sarana Jaya, Yoory Corneles, who has now been retired from his position.

In addition, the KPK also named two private parties Anja Runtuwene and Tommy Ardian as suspects. Not only that, the KPK also determined a corporation, namely PT Adonara Propertindo.
