SURABAYA - Prosecutor from the Surabaya District Attorney's Office (Kejari) will disentangle Gregorius Ronald Tannur to prevent him from leaving Indonesia, facilitate further communication and legal proceedings.Kasi Intelligence Surabaya Kejari Putu Arya Wibisana said, the deviation measure will be taken after the cassation registration process to the Supreme Court through the Surabaya District Court. "After making an appeal, we will coordinate with Immigration and the Ministry of Law and Human Rights to carry out demarcation. The goal is that Ronald Tannur cannot leave this country. We will do this as soon as possible," said Putu Arya Wibisana, Wednesday, July 31. Putu emphasized that until now, Ronald Tannur is still in Indonesia despite speculation that mentions the opposite. "We continue to monitor Ronald Tannur's whereabouts. Currently, he is still in the country. We will continue to monitor and be ready to take concrete preventive measures if he tries to leave the country. If necessary, Ronald Tannur will be registered as a wanted List (DPO)," he added.Gregoricus Ronald Tannur faces a criminal case for the death of Dini Seria Afrianti after both were in Blackhole KTV, Lenmarc Surabaya, in October 2023.

Ronald Tannur was charged with Article 338 of the Criminal Code on charges of murder with a maximum penalty of 12 years in prison. After being released from all demands of the Public Prosecutor by the panel of judges at the Surabaya District Court, the Surabaya District Attorney immediately filed an appeal against the decision for further legal proceedings.
