Selling Child Pornographic Content, Admin Doflamingo Collection Earns Millions Of Rupiah Per Month

JAKARTA - Polda Metro Jaya is a suspect in the case of selling child pornography content Doflamingo Collection offers monthly and retail packages to buyers. Prices, ranging from dozens to hundreds of thousands.

"The packages offered by the suspect on the Telegram channel include monthly packages for Rp. 165 thousand and retail packages for Rp. 15 thousand," said Director of Special Criminal Investigation at Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Ade Safri Simanjuntak in his statement, Tuesday, July 30.

If the prospective buyer agrees and has paid the tariff, the suspect will send a link containing the pornographic content.

In addition, based on the deepening, the suspect has carried out the action for a year. The profit earned reaches millions of rupiah per month.

"It has been carried out from August 2023 to July 2024 with a monthly turnover of around Rp. to Rp. 7 million per month," he said.

Then, the suspect MAFA is said to have had 107 subscribers of the pornographic content. In fact, the Doflamingo Collection telegram group contains thousands of accounts.

"For members who have subscribed as many as 107 users, while members who take part in the suspect's telegram channel are 25,000 users," said Ade.

In this case, the suspect is charged with Article 27 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 45 paragraph (1) of Law Number 1 of 2024 concerning the second amendment to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning ITE and/or Article 4 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 29 and/or Article 7 in conjunction with Article 33 of Law Number 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography.
