JAKARTA - Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov held a meeting with Malaysian Prime Minister (PM) Anwar Ibrahim in the Perdana Series, Putrajaya, Sunday, to discuss the issue of the participation of neighboring countries in the BRICS alliance.
