Bareskrim Holds Case, Lawyer For Convict Vina Case Submits Documents On Dede's False Testimony

The legal team for the convicts of the murder of Vina and Eky Cirebon will submit documents containing false information from Dede to investigators from the Directorate of General Crimes at Bareskrim Polri.

The document is additional evidence in the initial case title process in reporting allegations of false information with reported Aep and Dede.

"The false information that has been written and circulated that has been shown, we will hand it over to investigators," said the attorney for six convicts in the murder case of Vina and Eky Cirebon, Jutek Bongso to reporters, Tuesday, July 23.

Not only that, it was also emphasized that his party was ready to submit other evidence regarding the alleged false behavior if investigators needed it.

From the start, the camps of the convicts in the murder case of Vina and Eky Cirebon claimed to have obtained a lot of evidence regarding the case.

"Lami is ready to present other evidence to prove our report that Dede and Aep's brothers have provided false information," said Jutek.

Dede is one of the witnesses in the murder case of Vina and Eky Cirebon. He had confessed about being asked to provide false information by Aep and Iptu Rudiana.

The request began when Dede was contacted by Aep by telephone on September 2. At that time, he was invited to come to the Cirebon Police.

"The story is that the night Aep called me to the Police on September 2 at night around the 7's," said Dede at Peradi Tower, East Jakarta, Monday, July 22.

Dede obeyed the invitation and went straight to the Cirebon Police Station. Arriving at the location, the 30-year-old man asked about Aep's intent and purpose in inviting him.

At that time, Aep said that the two of them would provide testimony as witnesses in criminal cases. Dede was surprised because he never saw or knew about the case.

However, Aep actually asked him to follow all his instructions when giving information at the Cirebon Police.

"After that I asked Aeb why we didn't know what the incident was, 'I'll direct me later, follow my words' he said that," said Dede, repeating Aep's statement.

Not only that, Dede also claimed to have asked Iptu Rudiana. At that time, it was said that he would witness the murder of his son, Eky.

Dede was then directed to provide information to see a group of youths chasing Vina and Eky. In fact, there was a stone throwing.

"That's where I was told that I was hanging out in a shop. If that's true, I just hang out buying cigarettes, only if there is a bamboo throwing teaching a group of motorbikes, it doesn't actually exist," said Dede.
