The Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police will hold a case against the murder of Vina Dewi Arsita and Muhammad Rizky alias Eky, whose incident occurred in Cirebon, West Java. The plan is for the convicts of the murder case of Eky and Vina to be invited by the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police.

"Next week there will be a title at the National Police Headquarters," said the attorney for the convicts, Jutek Bongso, Sunday, July 21.

However, Jutek did not explain in detail when the pekara title would be held. Including whether the title of the case is about the reporting made at Bareskrim Polri

"From Bareskrim, we don't know which unit. We'll inform you later (during the title of the case)," he said.

Previously, the family of the convict in the Vina Cirebon case, Hadi Saputra, officially reported Iptu Rudiana to the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police.

There were several alleged criminal offenses reported, one of which was persecution.

"Today we have made a report against Rudiana that has been completed and this is the report, the proof of receipt of the report has been received," said the attorney for the family of the convict Hadi Saputra, Jutek Bongso to reporters, Wednesday, July 17.

The report is registered with the number LP/B/235/VII/2024/SPKT/BARESKRIM dated July 17, 2024.

In the report, there were several criminal offenses allegedly committed by Iptu Rudiana, one of which was an alleged abuse.

The alleged criminal offense was committed by Rudiana when he was still in the rank of Aiptu and served in the Cirebon Police Narcotics Crime Unit.

"The articles that we report are (Article) 422, Article 351 Paragraph (2), Article 333 Paragraph (1), Article 335 Paragraph (2) of the Criminal Code, Article 242 Paragraph (2), among which we will let the investigators decide," said Jutek.
